Last Weekend

We didn't much of a weekend last week because we spent most of it traveling but we did manage to get out and walk to Eastern Market. The weather was pleasant, considering we had just left the hot, humid southern heat in Tenn, so it made for a nice outing. Our main reason for going to the market was so that we could see the recently renovated market. It was built in 1873 but caught fire in 2007 and suffered a lot of damage. So, the newly restored market reopened this past weekend and boy were the crowds present! It was jammed with people, so much that our stroller was barely making it through. Hopefully when the newness wears off, it won't be so crazy on the weekends. It was fun regardless and is beautiful inside!

Good morning!! Baker and daddy cuddle on the couch. He loves to climb up on the couch now. It's his new jungle gym!
Baker loves glasses and since his old glasses are way too small for him, we bought him new ones just before this picture was taken. He kept them on for almost the entire walk home! Doesn't he look like one cool dude?

Strolling through the market with my handsome little boy.
