Monday at the Park - Day 2 Outside

Still taking advantage of the great weather this week, we met up with some friends, Carolyn and Sara Beth and their boys Noah and Sam, at a playground near the Pentagon mall on Monday. It was the beginning of what should be named "Park Week".

Before we left for the park, we sat on the floor for a little coloring...and for Baker to cover himself in Tonka truck stickers.
Coloring in his monster sized coloring book.
The light is so bright in this picture but I still love the way Baker's eating his PB&J on the stairs to the slide.
Going up for trip #80 to the slide.

Back at home and after nap, Baker sat down for his snack of a fig cereal bar. I had cut it into pieces and noticed that Baker was stacking them like a tower. Everything is turned into a tower these days.

Video: Baker must have gone down the big twirly slide over a dozen times. He's never gone up and down the slide that many times in one trip but the second he went down, he climbed the stairs to go back again. He had quite a good time!
